This evaluation incorporates a personalized clinical interview and health screenings to ensure every facet of your well-being is considered during the diagnostic phase.

Tell me about the initial consultation

Think of your first appointment as a supportive exploration of your personal history. It is a compassionate space designed to identify your objectives and hurdles. We will review your medical past and previous neurodivergent traits to build a sustainable care strategy that fits your unique daily routine.

What should I prepare for my appointment?

Kindly gather any past psychiatric reports, your current list of supplements or prescriptions, and any recent blood work. Bringing your specific questions about the ADHD experience is highly encouraged. Submitting documentation early allows us to focus our session on meaningful dialogue and the development of your personalized wellness roadmap.
